MILLENNIUM CHAPTER

These words - Brotherhood, Comradeship, Dedication, -- Duty, Honor,
Country -- have echoed through the decades, through the minds and hearts of
veterans of the 42nd Infantry Rainbow Division and are being heard again by
their families: descendants of the Greatest Generation.

A new Chapter has been chartered to preserve and extend the pages of
Rainbow History. We are gathering together descendants and other family
members in honor of those gone before who served their country at enormous
cost. The projects begun and carried forth by the WWI Rainbow Veterans and
their wives and children, continued and added to by WWII Rainbow soldiers and families, will be honored in the same spirit by those who have been given the gifts of Freedom, Peace and Prosperity.

Toward this end, as a descendant or family member of a 42nd Infantry
Rainbow Division veteran, you are encouraged to become an active part of The
Millennium Chapter. We understand that history is the pathway to the future
and are pledged to carry this banner through and beyond the Millennium.
Preserving values and history is an exciting quest and our connection to the
men of the Twentieth Century who helped make it possible to continue to think
in these terms makes it possible for us to become involved now as their proud
descendants!
